You have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in leading technical teams and projects. Your expertise includes hands-on coding and troubleshooting, and you are comfortable creating documentation and technical diagrams to guide your team. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy mentoring engineers, helping them grow their skills and navigate complex technical challenges. While previous knowledge of manufacturing or machine learning is not required, it is beneficial to understand how these fields intersect with software development. What you'll do
As a Principal Software Engineer at Xometry, you will lead the technical design and engineering of systems that predict and remediate challenges in manufacturing.
