What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention by providing technical support and insights from the automotive production landscape. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, helping to illuminate and organize major projects. Your proactive approach will involve identifying potential manufacturing challenges, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) considerations, and addressing them before they impact project timelines.

You will join Account Executives on onsite visits to customers when appropriate, providing a technical perspective that enhances the sales process. Your role will also involve staying informed about upcoming customer projects, ensuring that you can provide timely and relevant support. By leveraging your technical knowledge and customer engagement skills, you will play a critical role in helping Xometry connect buyers with the right manufacturing solutions.
