Overview

Xometry is seeking a Lead/Senior Sales Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for sales and GTM roles. You'll leverage various sourcing channels to identify top-tier talent and collaborate closely with hiring managers. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in recruitment.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in sales and go-to-market roles. You understand the nuances of sourcing and assessing candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit with the organization. Your ability to build relationships with candidates is paramount, as you strive to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You are skilled in leveraging various channels for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking. You have a keen eye for identifying highly qualified candidates and are adept at conducting in-depth interviews to evaluate their skills and experiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer presentation. You will actively seek out top-tier sales candidates and utilize assessment tools to ensure optimal candidate selection. Building strong relationships with candidates will be a key focus, as you aim to create a robust talent pipeline for Xometry.
