VTEX is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to drive complex hiring processes and optimize recruitment strategies. You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with experience in corporate hiring processes. You understand the importance of operational excellence and strategic thinking in building high-performing teams. Your critical thinking skills enable you to design and execute effective hiring practices that align with business goals.
You are data-informed and can leverage metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies. You have a deep sense of ownership over outcomes and are committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience. Your ability to partner with leadership and stakeholders helps you shape hiring strategies that meet organizational needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and drive complex corporate hiring processes from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with leadership to optimize recruitment processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include developing creative and scalable sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines across various corporate functions such as Finance, People, Strategy, Compliance, and Operations.
You will build hiring plans and job descriptions that align with business priorities and long-term team needs. By partnering with hiring managers, you will challenge assumptions and clarify needs to improve decision-making. You will continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in recruitment.
