You have experience working within a Product Operating Model or similar Agile/Squad models, which has equipped you with the skills to drive predictable shipping cadences while managing technical debt. You are passionate about establishing high standards for code quality and championing a culture of craftsmanship within your team. You believe in empowering engineers to take ownership of their craft and are committed to building an environment where they can excel.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Team Lead at Yotpo, you will be the technical anchor of a cross-functional product team. Your mission is to cultivate a high-velocity engineering culture where end-to-end ownership is the norm. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring that they are empowered to leverage a diverse tech stack to solve complex problems. You will own the team's delivery lifecycle, driving a predictable shipping cadence while ensuring that velocity does not compromise stability.

You will mentor and coach engineers, conducting performance reviews and fostering their professional growth. Your leadership will help build a cohesive team environment that encourages psychological safety and collaboration. You will champion operational excellence and quality, establishing high standards for code quality and production deployments. Your role will also involve leveraging modern workflows and automation tools to accelerate development cycles and improve efficiency.
