What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Yotpo, you will lead the development of Yotpo Discover, our new AI-driven discovery platform for e-commerce brands. You will partner closely with engineering and design in a product trio to discover and deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your role will involve continuous discovery with customers and internal stakeholders, defining problems worth solving, and validating opportunities before building. You will translate customer and business needs into clear product direction and priorities, driving fast iteration cycles from discovery to delivery and learning. You will work closely with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strong alignment and support for product initiatives. Your ability to leverage insights will be crucial in informing product decisions and measuring outcomes, ultimately driving business impact and customer satisfaction.
