What you'll do

As a founding member of the Office of the CTO team, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining Yotpo's Software Development Lifecycle. Your mission is to develop AI-powered tools and platforms that will empower engineers to work more effectively and deliver high-quality software. You will research and prototype innovative solutions that enhance the development process, ensuring that Yotpo remains at the forefront of technology in the eCommerce space.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers to gather feedback and iterate on your designs, ensuring that the tools you create meet the needs of the team. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the adoption of best practices across the organization.
