You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a technical role. You understand the intricacies of eCommerce and have a passion for building products that enhance customer loyalty and trust. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders sets you apart, as you can translate complex engineering challenges into business value. You are familiar with major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, and Adobe Commerce/Magento, and you have experience managing integrations with third-party partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered solutions and a solid understanding of data infrastructure will be beneficial. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana will help you navigate the product development lifecycle more effectively. You are a proactive learner, eager to stay updated on industry trends and technologies that can enhance the eCommerce experience.
What you'll do
As a Technical Product Manager at Yotpo, you will play a pivotal role in the Core Services team, which is responsible for the infrastructure and core services that power all product lines. You will manage the design and implementation of integrations with major eCommerce platforms, ensuring that our solutions are scalable and robust.
