What you'll do

As a Technical Product Owner - II, you will lead the DevOps and SRE functions at Mindtickle — your mission is to shape the future of how the company builds and operates software. You will oversee the development of pipelines, production observability, cost governance, and incident response strategies.

You will drive the consolidation and rollout of modern observability tools, ensuring that the DevOps team is equipped to handle both immediate issues and long-term strategic projects. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to enhance tooling and processes, ultimately improving the speed, reliability, and scale of software delivery.

You will be responsible for evolving the on-call and release processes, strengthening platform security, and promoting a culture of engineering excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through challenges and ensuring that they are well-prepared to tackle the demands of a fast-paced engineering environment.
