You have over 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on user-centered design principles. You are adept at leading design teams and fostering a collaborative environment where creativity thrives. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that highlight your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders. You are passionate about user empathy and continuously seek to improve your craft through feedback and experimentation. You understand the importance of data-driven design and are comfortable using analytics to inform your design choices.
Desirable
Experience with financial technology products is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You may have worked in cross-functional teams and understand the dynamics of collaborating with product managers and engineers. A background in conducting user research and usability testing will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will guide the Product Design team at ZayZoon, ensuring that design processes are efficient and effective. You will be involved in the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery and research to creating polished user interfaces. Your leadership will help establish scalable design systems and workflows that enable the team to move quickly while maintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align design efforts with business goals.
