Who you are
You are an enthusiastic professional with a strong desire to drive professional development across the organization. Your exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, and your organizational abilities enable you to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. You possess a solid technical proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite, which you leverage to create impactful training materials. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
You have experience in training coordination, overseeing all aspects of training programs, including scheduling and communication. Your ability to facilitate engaging training sessions ensures that employees have a positive learning experience. You are detail-oriented, tracking and documenting employee training progress in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance and measure program effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage all aspects of training programs, ensuring they are well-organized and effectively communicated. You will oversee the delivery of training, making it an engaging experience for participants. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and updating high-quality training materials for various delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats. You will collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment in initiatives and processes, contributing to a cohesive training strategy across the organization.
You will track, monitor, and document employee training progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and measuring the effectiveness of training programs. Your role will involve minimal travel, approximately 5-10% of the time, allowing you to maintain a strong presence in the office while also engaging with colleagues in different locations. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of learning and development within Zeeco, helping employees reach their full potential.
