Your ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles makes you an effective trainer who can engage diverse audiences. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with ShipMonk's mission and goals. You will assess training needs across various departments and create tailored training materials that address those needs. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will ensure that all training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.

You will facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure employees understand the training materials and can apply their knowledge effectively. Your role will also involve evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, allowing you to make necessary adjustments to improve future training initiatives.

Additionally, you will maintain training records and documentation to track employee progress and compliance with training requirements. You will work closely with management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes and employee development.
