Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced welder with advanced TIG and flux-core welding skills, particularly on stainless and carbon steel. You have a strong understanding of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and can interpret engineering drawings to ensure high-quality welds. You take pride in your craftsmanship and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every weld meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
You are capable of working independently and maintaining equipment to uphold health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can learn from and contribute to a team of subject matter experts. Your ability to deliver exceptional fit-up and craftsmanship makes you a valuable asset to any manufacturing operation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for fitting and welding complex, engineered-to-order combustion components. You will work with high-precision stainless and carbon steel assemblies, ensuring that all work adheres to strict quality standards and engineering specifications. Your expertise in TIG and flux-core welding will be essential as you tackle various projects that require exceptional skill and attention to detail.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that all components are manufactured to the highest standards.
