You have a strong background in growth marketing, with experience in optimizing user journeys and increasing conversion rates. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for conducting A/B tests to improve funnel performance. What you'll do
In this role, you will maximize funnel performance by driving higher conversion rates from website visitors to qualified leads. You will continuously monitor funnel performance, conducting A/B tests and applying data-driven insights to enhance conversion at every stage. Collaborating closely with product, growth acquisition, and sales teams, you will design and implement automated CRM campaigns to activate and nurture leads, re-engaging those who did not convert initially.
Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing user behavior to identify friction points in the user journey, allowing you to make informed recommendations for improvements. You will play a key role in shaping Zefir's growth strategy, ensuring that every interaction with potential clients is optimized for success. Your contributions will directly impact the company's revenue and help reshape the real estate experience at scale.
