You have a strong background in mobile marketing and user acquisition, with a proven track record of driving growth for mobile applications. You are autonomous and proactive, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to tackle challenges head-on. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are fluent in English and have a strategic mindset, allowing you to act as a CMO for the games you manage. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maximizing the potential of mobile products.
Desirable
Experience in performance marketing and ad creative strategy is a plus. Familiarity with the gaming industry and a deep understanding of user behavior will help you excel in this role. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to inform your growth strategies.
What you'll do
As a Growth Manager at Voodoo, you will own the growth strategy for a top priority game or a portfolio of new titles. Your mission is to aggressively scale the game by leveraging the full Performance Marketing engine, which includes user acquisition experts and creative production teams. You will activate both paid and non-paid growth levers to enhance performance further. Initially, you will spend 6 to 9 months building expertise in user acquisition, acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to align on strategic goals and ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and user data to identify opportunities for growth, as well as developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners to enhance user acquisition efforts and drive engagement.
