You have a strong background in advertising analytics and data interpretation β your experience allows you to provide insights that drive campaign performance and optimization. You are proficient in SQL and Google Analytics, enabling you to develop custom reports that tell compelling stories behind the data. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver actionable recommendations. Your ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, ensuring that everyone can leverage your findings effectively. You are comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, significantly reducing manual effort and operational overhead. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and value diverse perspectives in your work.
Desirable
Experience with additional analytics tools or platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with social media advertising metrics. A background in campaign measurement and optimization strategies will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Research & Insights, playing a critical role in the research and sales teams. You will analyze advertiser campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for best practices and optimization. Your responsibilities will include developing reports and insights that help sales teams be effective and nimble in their strategies. You will create output that tells the story behind the data, ensuring that non-technical team members can understand and act on your findings. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand our clientsβ business needs and leverage AI agents to identify, redesign, and optimize workflows. Your work will significantly reduce manual effort and operational overhead, allowing the team to focus on strategic initiatives. You will also support the development of new value propositions through your knowledge of data and advertising, contributing to Zefr's mission of redefining trust and transparency in social media advertising.
