You have a strong understanding of IT onboarding processes and are committed to providing excellent support to all employees.

What you'll do

As the Helpdesk Manager at Zefr, you will oversee a team of three high-performing IT Support Analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to support all organizations across Zefr, both local and remote. You will manage the IT onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources from day one. Responding to incoming tickets and walk-up requests will be a key part of your role, as will researching and implementing new projects and software to enhance the company's IT capabilities. You will also revise and revisit processes to adapt to the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that the IT department remains agile and responsive.
