You have a proven track record in customer success management, with experience in building strong, value-based relationships with clients. You understand the importance of gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers to drive product improvements and enhance user satisfaction. Your ability to develop customer-focused processes will be key in ensuring that clients maximize the value they receive from Zenoti's solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights that can inform product development and service enhancements. Your experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as it enables you to relate to clients and understand their unique challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with Zenoti's clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our all-in-one cloud-based software solution. You will gather feedback from customers to inform product development and help shape the future of our offerings. Your focus will be on developing processes that enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ultimately contributing to the growth of Zenoti's client base.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure that customer insights are integrated into our strategic initiatives.
