Desirable
Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the specific needs of our clients. A background in project management or experience with CRM tools can enhance your ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with customers to define their requirements and guide them through the onboarding process for Zenoti's software solutions. You will conduct product demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews to ensure that clients are fully equipped to utilize our platform effectively. Your goal is to help clients streamline their operations and increase revenue through the successful adoption of Zenoti's features.
