What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process of Zenoti's all-in-one software solution. You will conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure users understand how to leverage the platform effectively. Your expertise will help clients streamline their operations, from appointment bookings to inventory management, ultimately improving their customer retention and satisfaction.

You will also gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement within the software, collaborating with product teams to enhance features and functionalities. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues that arise during the implementation phase and providing timely solutions to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
