What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Zenoti, you will own the product roadmap for our payments solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will define product requirements and prioritize features that deliver maximum value to our customers.

You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights and feedback, translating these findings into actionable product enhancements. Your role will involve setting clear success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that product goals are met. You will also work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.

In addition, you will participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of priorities and deliverables. You will be responsible for presenting product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration across the organization.
