Zenoti is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support for their VOIP solution, Hyperconnect. This role is based in Seattle and focuses on interfacing with customers to resolve technical issues.

What you'll do
As a Technical Support Specialist at Zenoti, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our VOIP solution, Hyperconnect. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our clients can effectively use our software to manage their businesses. Your role will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information to help them navigate any challenges they encounter.
You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate issues that require further investigation, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into future product improvements. Your ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs will be crucial in delivering exceptional support and fostering long-term relationships.
In addition to resolving technical issues, you will also assist customers with onboarding and training, helping them to fully utilize the features of our VOIP solution. You will create and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions, contributing to our knowledge base and improving the overall customer experience.
