What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at Zensurance, you will steer the technical direction of the engineering teams across various projects, including Business Acquisition and Tooling, Accounts Tooling and Automation, and Renewals and Pricing. You will design and implement solutions for both the front-end application and back-end APIs, ensuring that they are robust and scalable. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and designers to create user-friendly applications that enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and ownership within your team. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal tools and customer-facing applications, helping businesses thrive in a competitive landscape.
