What you'll do

As the Technical Lead at Multiply, you will oversee the engineering team responsible for developing innovative mortgage solutions that leverage AI technology. You will guide the team in implementing best practices for software development, ensuring that the products are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of projects, making architectural decisions, and ensuring that the team adheres to coding standards and practices. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the company. Regularly reviewing code and providing constructive feedback will be part of your responsibilities, as will facilitating team meetings and ensuring effective communication within the team.

In addition to technical leadership, you will also be involved in strategic planning and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall vision and direction of Multiply. You will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the mortgage origination process, leveraging your technical expertise to drive change.

What we offer
