What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate the delivery intake process, ensuring that food is transported from the vendor to the client’s meal space without any missing items. You will oversee the meal set-up and clean-up, guiding the food layout and managing the overall presentation. Maintaining cleanliness and food safety will be a priority as you ensure that serving areas remain organized throughout the meal time. You will greet guests and interact with them to ensure their satisfaction, responding to requests and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will gather feedback on meals and communicate with employees on-site to enhance the overall dining experience.
