What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate the delivery intake process, ensuring that food is transported smoothly from the vendor to the client’s meal space. You will oversee the meal set-up and clean-up, guiding the food layout and managing the overall presentation. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you replenish dishes and break down leftovers at the end of the service. You will maintain cleanliness in the serving areas throughout the meal time, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.

You will greet guests and interact with them to ensure their satisfaction with the service. Responding to requests and addressing any questions or concerns will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will take inventory of food before and after meals, gather employee preference information, and communicate feedback to improve future services. Your role is vital in creating a positive dining experience and fostering relationships with clients.
