Zeta is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the adoption and growth of their Tachyon SaaS platform in the US market. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders in banking organizations to modernize their card payments and mobile banking setups.

You have a strong background in business analysis, ideally with experience in the banking or financial technology sector. You understand the complexities of modern banking systems and are adept at working with stakeholders to identify and address their needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. You are comfortable in client-facing roles and enjoy collaborating with teams to drive product adoption and implementation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the adoption and implementation of the Tachyon platform within US banking organizations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their current card payments and mobile banking setups, identifying areas for modernization and improvement. Your role will involve gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and providing insights that will help shape the product's development and deployment strategies. You will also play a key role in ensuring that clients are satisfied with the implementation and are able to leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
