Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in IT or technical environments. You understand the importance of program milestones and have a knack for monitoring project execution to ensure all capabilities are met. Your ability to work collaboratively with technical staff and stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You are familiar with Agile methodologies and understand how to manage workflows effectively. You have experience in tracking metrics and problem-solving, which allows you to identify risks and opportunities within projects. Your communication skills enable you to present program briefings and updates clearly and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the creation of program-level milestones and capabilities necessary for the successful execution of project scopes. You will assist in monitoring the implementation of project capabilities and ensure that Agile workflow management tools are updated with all required data. Your responsibilities will include developing program briefings and metrics tracking to support program execution.
You will lead the identification of program risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and coordinating resolutions. Your role will also involve supporting the definition of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and task instructions, ensuring that technical scopes meet customer requirements. You will coordinate with internal and external technical staff to provide necessary support and drive the execution of programmatic business rhythms.
