Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, focusing on measurement and effectiveness — you've successfully defined and implemented marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you are proficient in SQL and Google Analytics, allowing you to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. You are comfortable presenting your findings to stakeholders and can translate data into compelling narratives that drive decision-making. You understand the healthcare landscape and are passionate about improving patient experiences through data-driven marketing strategies. You are proactive and take ownership of your projects, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effective and aligned with Zocdoc's mission.
Desirable
Experience in B2B marketing analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with healthcare marketing. Knowledge of additional analytics tools or platforms would be beneficial, and a background in statistical analysis or data science could enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the marketing measurement and effectiveness initiatives at Zocdoc — you will collaborate with the Provider Acquisition product team to define key performance indicators and metrics that align with business objectives. You will analyze marketing campaigns and provide insights that inform strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing efforts are optimized for maximum impact. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement A/B testing strategies, measuring the effectiveness of various marketing channels and tactics. Your role will involve creating dashboards and reports that visualize data trends and performance metrics, making it easy for stakeholders to understand the impact of marketing initiatives. You will also mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
