You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and drive data-informed decisions. Your background includes working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape measurement strategies and optimize user engagement. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex insights to stakeholders effectively. You are passionate about improving customer experiences and have a track record of using analytics to influence product direction. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring team members to enhance their analytical capabilities.
Desirable
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and methodologies for measuring product performance. You are comfortable with data visualization tools and have a solid understanding of A/B testing and user research methodologies. A background in software development or technical product management can also be beneficial, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
