You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and business insights — you've successfully driven product strategies that enhance user engagement and optimize performance. Your expertise in SQL and A/B testing allows you to make data-driven decisions that align with business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, risk, and business teams to analyze and optimize new product features. You understand the importance of an omni-channel strategy and can effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Product Analytics team, focusing on the growth of Oportun's personal loans business.
