You are an experienced Senior Copywriter who lives and breathes brand storytelling β€” your passion for crafting compelling narratives drives user engagement and brand loyalty. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with design counterparts to create cohesive visual and verbal storytelling that feels modern and true to the Zola brand. You are detail-oriented and efficient, preferring to use two words over four, with an eagle eye for catching typos and grammatical errors. You are comfortable switching between left-brain and right-brain thinking, applying your creativity to both business and product objectives. You are a people person who enjoys collaborating with graphics designers, product managers, and engineers to create a seamless user experience. You are fluent in all things digital, from websites to social media, and have a limitless curiosity about conversations and trends happening in the world.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee Zola’s voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and product UX flows. You will write clear, compelling, and concise copy that drives user engagement and encourages couples to join the Zola world. You will collaborate with various teams to craft marketing copy that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand objectives. Your responsibilities will include editing existing content for clarity and consistency, as well as creating new content that reflects Zola's mission and values. You will also engage in user research to understand the needs and preferences of our audience, allowing you to tailor your messaging effectively. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how our brand communicates with users, ensuring that every piece of content feels human and helpful.
