Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis and engineering, with a strong understanding of data systems and architecture. You are skilled in SQL and Python, and you have a proven track record of solving complex data challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineering and product teams to drive data improvements.
You possess a deep expertise in data pipelines and understand how data flows from acquisition through profiling and output. You are comfortable reading code to comprehend data transformations and system dependencies, and you bring informed opinions to design conversations. Your systems thinking and creative problem-solving abilities enable you to lead strategic data initiatives effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become the expert on ZoomInfo's data pipeline, which processes millions of company records. You will lead initiatives to improve the data infrastructure, ensuring it evolves to meet customer needs and maintain competitive advantage. You will collaborate with other data analysts during an active infrastructure transition period, progressively owning more of the pipeline architecture as your expertise deepens.
You will not only focus on building dashboards or SQL reports but will engage in understanding data systems at an architectural level. Your responsibilities will include solving ambiguous data challenges and ensuring the continuous evolution of the pipeline infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the overall data strategy of the company.
