What you'll do

As a Process and Strategy Analyst Intern, you will play a vital role in the Process Improvement team within Fleet Operations. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and refining workflows across the operational ecosystem, from agent processes to customer-facing communications. You will assist in capturing processes in clear and actionable playbooks, ensuring that all operational teams have the resources they need to succeed. You will actively identify operational inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for improvement, contributing to the overall strategy of the operation. Your insights will help inform decisions on critical topics such as depot placement and build vs. buy considerations. You will collaborate closely with team members to ensure that all processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
