What you'll do
As a Technical Program Management Intern at Zoox, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Manufacturing Operations Program Management Team. Your primary responsibility will be to implement AI-powered tools, including large language models (LLMs) and copilots, aimed at enhancing efficiency and automation for the team. You will analyze operational data to inform the development of these tools and measure their impact on the team's performance. Additionally, you will build and improve AI solutions based on user feedback and requirements, ensuring that the tools meet the needs of the users effectively. You will document technical implementations and create user guides for the applied tools, facilitating ease of use for team members. Presenting project progress and results to team leadership and stakeholders will also be a key part of your role, allowing you to showcase the impact of your contributions. Furthermore, you will contribute to the team's AI and automation strategy, helping to establish best practices that will guide future projects.
