You are an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect with over 8 years of experience in driving Salesforce implementations and leading complex, cross-functional programs. You possess a strategic vision combined with hands-on expertise, allowing you to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem effectively. Your background includes greenfield implementation knowledge, where you've built scalable systems and processes from the ground up. You are a multidisciplinary leader who can manage and scale critical initiatives beyond Salesforce, delivering value across the organization.

You have a strong understanding of CRM best practices and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Your leadership style fosters collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged in the implementation process. You are adept at navigating challenges and finding innovative solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of the CRM system.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the evolution of Zoox's Salesforce implementation, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization as it grows.
