Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience as a Solution Architect, particularly with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SugarCRM, and Dynamics365. Your background includes designing and implementing technology stacks that enhance operational efficiency and reduce redundancy in SaaS solutions. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Operations, to create seamless processes that drive business success.
You possess a strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process and have experience with tools like DealHub and Sugar Serve. Your ability to own the vision and roadmap for CPQ systems demonstrates your leadership in improving sales satisfaction and operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with Marketing, Pre Sales, Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to optimize the quote-to-cash process, interfacing with NetSuite for billing purposes. Your responsibilities will include owning the vision for CPQ systems, reducing time spent per quote, and increasing sales satisfaction.
You will also be tasked with streamlining the technology stack by identifying redundant SaaS solutions and recommending in-house development where it makes sense. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that OPSWAT remains a leader in critical infrastructure cybersecurity. You will work in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
