What you'll do

As a Field Reliability Analyst at Zoox, you will work closely with the Reliability Engineering, Mission Assurance, and Vehicle Systems teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop analytics, metrics, and tooling that support reliability targets and continuous improvement across our autonomous platform. You will analyze data from our autonomous vehicle fleet to understand system performance and identify failure trends.

You will contribute directly to production decisions, such as issue prioritization, design improvements, and maintenance strategies. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing vehicle availability and safety. You will also have the opportunity to build depth in reliability engineering and large-scale data pipelines, gaining access to one of the most unique vehicle datasets in the autonomous driving industry.
