What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer on the Attributes team, you will take ownership of developing and enhancing behavioral models for various road users, including vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists — your work will directly impact the safety and effectiveness of Zoox's autonomous vehicle platform. You will create and maintain robust perception attribute models that generate critical signals for the autonomous driving stack, enabling intelligent and safe driving decisions.

You will collaborate with the Prediction and Planning teams to ensure that the models you develop provide accurate and reliable inputs for autonomous decision-making — your contributions will be fundamental to advancing Zoox's mission of revolutionizing urban mobility. You will also be responsible for optimizing existing models and exploring new methodologies to improve the performance of perception systems in real-world scenarios.
