What you'll do

As the Manager of Systems Verification & Validation, you will lead a team responsible for constructing the Safety Case for Zoox's autonomous vehicles. Your role involves developing and executing a robust verification and validation strategy that aligns with the company's safety objectives. You will oversee the execution of automated system HIL tests, ensuring that all tests are conducted rigorously and that results are reported accurately. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the complexities of safety engineering, helping them to navigate challenges and innovate solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including vehicle engineering and firmware development, to define requirements and ensure that safety considerations are integrated into the design process. Your ability to communicate effectively with these teams will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment where safety is prioritized.
