What you'll do

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the Motion Planning team, you will be responsible for developing and refining algorithms that dictate how the robot navigates public roads. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and experts to create solutions that enhance the robot's ability to drive safely in challenging environments. Your work will involve rigorous testing in simulations and on closed courses, ensuring that all modifications meet safety standards before on-road testing.

You will engage in team discussions to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to complex motion planning problems. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and safety of the robot, making it capable of handling intricate driving scenarios.
