What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Data Performance & Stability team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the performance of our self-driving systems. You will work closely with the software and hardware teams to identify performance-related trends and anomalies across our fleet of vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to develop automated monitoring and analysis tools that integrate into our software release process, allowing for real-time performance tracking and insights.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance metrics are accurately captured and reported — your insights will guide the development of software and hardware solutions that meet our performance targets.
