Zoox is hiring a Supply & Demand Planning Manager to drive material readiness for new products. You'll collaborate with internal teams to manage supply commitments and ensure hardware needs are met on time. This role requires experience in supply chain management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in material readiness and demand planning. You understand the complexities of managing supply commitments and have a proven track record of addressing constraints effectively. Your ability to provide executive status reporting and escalate issues when necessary sets you apart. You are committed to pursuing operational excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of your work.
You excel in collaboration, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that hardware needs are well understood across all programs and business areas. Your experience in managing aggregated materials forecasts demonstrates your capability to align internal teams and external partners to meet demands on time. You are detail-oriented and proactive in your approach to critical component planning and allocation direction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for daily supply management, ensuring that all material readiness for new products is on track. You will address any constraints that arise and provide regular updates to executives regarding the status of supply commitments. Your focus will be on operational excellence, where you will pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.
You will manage the aggregated materials forecast and supply commitments for hardware programs from development through mass production. This includes critical component planning and modeling supply flexibility to adapt to changing demands. You will also be responsible for managing materials liability, ensuring that the company is prepared for any potential risks in the supply chain.
