You are a seasoned Systems Engineering leader with extensive experience in managing complex hardware systems. You have a strong background in system design and analysis, as well as verification and validation processes. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation within your teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with the organization's goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of the engineering V-model, which you apply to ensure a seamless flow from system requirements to subsystem and component requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Autonomy Hardware Systems organization, leading a functional team divided into two core pillars: System Design & Analysis and Verification & Validation (V&V). You will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive system architecture and integration of autonomy hardware, ensuring that all components work together effectively. Your teams will handle system validation, rigorously tracing changes in hardware and firmware back to requirements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all engineering efforts align with the company's strategic objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the autonomy hardware systems, and you will play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members.
