Your experience in user research and data-driven decision-making allows you to prioritize features that enhance customer experience.
What you'll do
As a Technical Product Manager at Zoox, you will lead the development of generative AI solutions aimed at improving both rider experiences and internal operations. You will drive discovery into customer needs, shaping the product vision and defining priorities that align with business goals. Your role will involve spearheading the exploration of technical feasibility for new AI solutions, ensuring that they meet the operational requirements of our ride-hail service.
