What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a close partner to the VP of Engineering, helping to drive Valence's most critical AI and product initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping how AI capabilities are built and ensuring that product direction aligns with company priorities. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage stakeholder expectations. You will also engage in user research to understand the needs of enterprise clients and translate those insights into actionable product strategies.
You will lead product development efforts, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting competitive analysis, and iterating on product features based on user feedback. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches to AI-driven product development.
