What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives that substantiate the safety case for Zoox’s autonomous software, vehicle platform, and operations. You will coordinate efforts across the Autonomy Software, Robot Platform, and operations teams, ensuring that validation efforts are cohesive and effective. Your responsibilities will include aligning cross-domain dependencies, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

You will be instrumental in ensuring that the autonomy stack and robot platform meet rigorous performance and safety standards. This involves not only overseeing project execution but also actively participating in the development of safety protocols and validation processes. You will work closely with engineers and other technical experts to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, fostering a culture of safety and accountability within the organization.
