You have extensive experience in technical program management, ideally within the automotive or technology sectors. Your background includes working cross-functionally with teams in manufacturing, engineering, and service operations, allowing you to effectively bridge the gap between technical development and project management. You are adept at developing project schedules, identifying risks, and driving teams to meet deliverables. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders is one of your key strengths.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable switching between technical and project management tasks. You understand the intricacies of service test development and have a keen interest in automotive diagnostics and electrical serviceability. Your experience includes delivering documentation for technicians and creating tools and kits that enhance service efficiency and diagnostics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Test and Diagnostics Engineering (TDE) team by developing test solutions that span from the sensor stack to the autonomous platform. You will be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring that all teams are aligned on deliverables. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to develop effective test solutions that improve service operations. You will also be tasked with creating comprehensive documentation that aids technicians in their work.
You will identify potential risks in project timelines and work proactively to mitigate them, ensuring that milestones are met without compromising quality. Your ability to coordinate between internal and external teams will be crucial in driving projects forward. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to enhance the efficiency of service operations through innovative test solutions.
