You have a strong background in technical program management, particularly in hardware change management, with a proven track record of overseeing product change from engineering to stable production. Your experience includes aligning stakeholders and clarifying expectations to drive decisions that keep projects on track. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at managing cross-functional teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process.
You are a systems thinker who can refine and scale processes effectively. You understand the importance of establishing clear rhythms and simple mechanisms for reporting, which helps in maintaining transparency and accountability within the team. Your hands-on execution skills allow you to navigate complex project landscapes, ensuring readiness and effectiveness in production environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product change management process, starting from the approval of Engineering Change Requests through to stable production. You will coordinate with Engineering, Test, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure that all aspects of the product change are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will include driving decisions that keep progress on track and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
You will also focus on refining and scaling the change management process by establishing clear reporting mechanisms and rhythms that facilitate effective communication across teams. Your ability to clarify expectations and align stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining momentum and ensuring successful outcomes for product changes.
