What you'll do

In this role, you will lead new product introductions for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and tester systems, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will oversee production planning and resource allocation, ensuring that materials are ready for manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include coordinating efforts across various teams, including design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing, to deliver reliable and high-quality hardware systems.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that arise during the production process.
